The poll is meaningless as there are NO 128 bit consoles. The Dreamcast and GameCube are both 32 bit consoles, the DC using an SH4 CPU, and the GC a G3 PPC CPU. The PS2 is a 64 bit console, using a highly modified MIPS CPU based on the 64 bit architecture model. The PC can be either 32 bit or 64 bit, depending on whether it uses the older x86 architecture, or the newer x86-64 architecture.

you mean the there is no 128 bit cpu (there is but there not for home uses) sum hardware is 128 bit and higher the video card in my pc is 265 bit

Yea I was a major sega fan as a kid, still am now really just a shame the way the company has lost its focus in the current day with stupid soinic titles coming out like fifas each year.

I use to have a massive saturn and dreamcast collection, loads of rare oldies that i wished i kept now such as, panzer saga, burning rangers, random capcom fighters, all time fave saturn game has to be sega rally!

on the dreamcast again loads of great rare games, marvel vs capcom shenmue 2 etc

Indeed. I have to agree with snowcat. I really wouldn't depend on a list like this made by other users to determine which games you like or not.

I mean, I love Virtual Hydlide, and I see over 20 good games in the Atari Jaguar's library. Games everyone else would find absolute rubbish. And yet, I think Radiant Silvergun belongs in the bin.

Go YouTube the games to see if they're worth trying first.

In its defense theres just as many schitful games on just about any other console.
And theres no shortage of good games available.

Hi,
I didn't start this thread to trash the Saturn. Just the crappy games that were released on it. You're absolutely correct that terrible games exist on all systems. I personally felt that it was more difficult to find quality games on PS1 than the Saturn. There are definitely great games for the Saturn and many threads here are devoted to them. I'm just tired of wasting my time on crappy games and wanted to start a thread that would warn other potential buyers to stay away.
BTW, I liked NBA Jam T.E. It's been awhile as I sold it but I remember it being fun to play.

To be fair... everyone has different opinions... I think Panzer Dragoon Saga is boring :S... Whilst I personally would not throw any game in the trash regardless of crapiness metaphorically I do not like PDS and would throw it in the metaphorical bin.

I don't think he was bashing the Saturn, I love the Megadrive but could write a list of crap games longer then the list of games I love. :S

Personally I would just grab the Jap version, it's dirt cheap:

I've had varied sucess with the region patcher, theres a few games it just wont work on, you're much better off buying an action replay cart for this, in the long run it will save you a lot of time and all that money on CDRs ;)

cd-r's aren't that costly i got 100 cd-r's for 20$ U.S.

mechwarrior 2 is the only game that i have not got to work whit the region patcher
