Here's the message I received tonight in its entirety -
"I have been requested that I ask you to create an announcement informing the folks here that Mick is seriously ill after a wound in his leg becoming infected.
He is staying at his good lady Rachel's house as it's close to the local hospital in Stoke, he has internet but for some reason cannot access this forum from his location.
Rachel has informed me that he should remain incapacitated for no more than another week or so providing there are no complications and further hospital admittances.
Mick would appreciate it if you relay this information to the members of the forum.
