All three Digital Pinball games will only save to, and read saves from, the internal memory. And obviously all the games that can't run without 1mb or 4mb expansions. Indeed! What's the 3rd Digital Pinball game btw?? Is the 3rd one the 9.7 revision of Last Gladiators? You would have thought they would have addressed cart saving in that release.

Yes, I meant Last Gladiators 97. What that game does is add more realistic physics to the existing tables. Might have more tweaks too but I haven't played it too much, I liked Necronomicon so much more.

That reminds me, True Pinball does not even save high scores on Saturn nor PS1 which is/was a crime to Pinball it's self. It was an early release for both machines mind. The Amiga version known as Pinball Illusions (AGA & 2D only) does save.

Yep. I had that for PS1. I returned it. That was back when Electronic Boutique had a no quibble return on games.
Kind of pointless not having high score saves on a score attack game. (Which is why Darius Gaiden and Bubble Bobble + Rainbow Islands lack of saving annoys me so much too).
