So I got an email earlier today that my account would get purged if I don't do anything here, and since I haven't posted a single thread here, this is a great way to start it off. I've been a Saturn owner since 2013 and I currently own a Model 2 US Saturn 64 pin and a Model 2 JP Saturn 32 pin which are both mod chipped. Hands down this is like my favorite system out of the 5th generation of home consoles. Fingers crossed that I don't get my account purged.

Same here with the email. Gotta get back in it. Genesis owner since release date, 1989. Saturn owner since release date, 1995. Dreamcast owner since the wee hours of 9/9/99. I have amassed a huge collection from the stores, and are all CIB. I now make custom arcade cabinets for the Dreamcast and Saturn, and will make some for the Genesis and Master System soon too. Here's a few pics of my work- And here's my video for my mini Dreamcast arcade cabinets, the full size cabs are at the end of the long video. www.youtube.com/watch?v=sBCYo9Kn1B0

Thanks Derek. I'm on the other side of the country, Idaho to be specific. But I happen to be a New York fan, though admittedly a die-hard Giants fan, sorry. Andrew Rosa, AJ from (YouTube's) Sega-bits/MasterCast is in your neck of the woods, who I keep in contact with, and have promised someday to give him one of the mini cabs.
But, as that I am transitioning into a new job, I've been ridiculously busy and haven't been able to complete the minis for sale just yet. I've precut 10 minicabs which are ready to be customized to order. I haven't determined what price point I'm going to sell them at yet- Balancing price of parts and value of my time custom making these, with a reasonable price someone would be willing to pay for them.
So when I am able to return to finish them, I'll check back here. Let me know if you have any other interest.
BTW, I'm also working on a few more full size SEGA cabs, for my own personal collection- -One is an ALL-SEGA (showcase) cab that will play everything from MasterSystem/Genesis/Saturn/Dreamcast/GameGear/ArcadeBoard-Supergun. -And another is a racing cab (THQ style) that will be logoed Saturn one side, Dreamcast other side, and will play their games from mounted SS/DC hardware. -And then I designed a really cool Saturn-specific full size upright cab that will have a *positionable CRT monitor (determined on gametype), which I'm hoping on completing first.
I'll upload pics of these also when I get them completed.

Ha do remember Buffalo and NYC despite both being NY are basically like two different countries (heck some think Buffalo is in Canada). So a Bills and Sabres supporter here... Giants, Yankees, Rangers, Knicks not my cup of tea

Yeah, I was pretty well aware that there is definitely a difference between your Buffalo and "downtown" New York, was why I was being respectful. Almost like how beautiful northern California hates acknowledging southern California as part of their state. As for me, I enjoy a very casual life in God's playground enjoying four seasons of beautiful Idaho weather, and far from any coast drama. But, yeah, New York is a destination for me someday. Even the upper "Canada" part in Buffalo I hear is beautiful. I love the cold, so it's a fit for me. Derek, you probably have the advantage of heading east to NYC to some of the great gameshops over there, or even jump over to Toronto for some of their gaming selection for those rare Saturn finds. That's the one thing I don't have much over here, Boise (pop: 300k) gaming market not so great. My best bet is hitting all the gameshops in Seattle whenever I'm over there. Thank God I was a voracious SEGA collector back in the day when they sold in stores, that I already amassed a huge collection of most everything I want, that there are only a few titles that missed me I'll occasionally pick up now and again. And then there are the incredible Japanese Saturn imports... I had no idea that they had so many amazing titles, that never made it here stateside. That is my new hunt, to now fulfill my Saturn and DC collection with JPN/UK imports, thank you internets! My wallet is about to get much lighter again.

Yes indeed. The advantage of being located here is that every direction you go there are game shops. In Buffalo alone we have at least 10 mom and pop shops. I have found so many great Saturn games in the wild here over the years. But Ive also found great games in Toronto, NY , Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Boston
