Bought from him Astra Superstars complete for $90 plus shipping (total $113).
He then proceeded to ignore my PMs, and not log in to the site anymore. I asked him on his email, got two or three responses promising the tracking code, and then my emails got ignored as well.
After a month it was obvious that this was a scam, luckily I used the "pay for goods" option when paying (the deal was too good to be true), so I managed to make an appeal, and two weeks later got my money back from Paypal.
I'd say to avoid him, but he hasn't logged in ever since the sale (his ebay account seems to be locked for a while too), so I don't think he'll be back...
edit: for further information, in order to prevent future scams, here is his paypal email and name: Seller's Name: Lance Hilbert Seller's Email: firstname.lastname@example.org and he claimed to be from "U.S Pennsylivania" (sic) in the personal messages. If the moderators decide this information is too sensitive to be out in public, feel free to delete it. Considering I got scammed, I have no bad feelings about leaving this info public, in order to help others avoid such problems when doing business with this person.
Very strange, it's not like he's a new member or someone that hasn't posted a lot either, bizarre that he'd pull something like this. There's always a chance that something unbelievably difficult or horrible is occurring life wise so I like to give people the benefit of the doubt...
I'll drop a message to his registered email (which isn't the one you have for him) and draw his attention to this thread.
If he fails to reply to me via email or post a reply on here within 7 days I'll have no choice but to close the account and ban the IP.
