I have all three games and the only one worth even a minute of your time is Drift King '97.
Choro Q Park is a complete waste of a CD, IMO. A racing game in name only.
Touge-King the Spirits (1 and 2, or High Velocity) are okay-ish, but don't hold the attention long.
Drift King '97 is a fantastic game when you suss out what's actually going on. I believe it's a predecessor to Dreamcast Tokyo Highway Challenge (Battle). I've put hours into this game. Fair enough, the visuals can be a bit rough and the laptimes seem to last forever, but you can get very much into this game, trying to catch opponents.

Wow, that music in Choro Q is so bad. Never even knew that game existed, but it looks rather cute.
High Velocity was an OK racer. I liked the graphics and the gameplay was alright. Drift Kings bored me to tears. Albeit, I didn't play either for very long.

I hear so many good things about Drift King 97'. Does it play like Daytona?

It's more of a sim than the arcadey Daytona. That's great to know. Most of the racing games on the saturn tend to go the other way, it's nice to have one that goes against the grain I guess.

It's not Project Cars, but it's definitely worth a look.

It's not Project Cars, but it's definitely worth a look. I might have to look into. Btw What makes Choro Q Park so bad? Looking at it visually and the gameplay mechanics it looks like it could be alot of fun. So where does it fall down in your opinion?

It's only my opinion, but I found it so very boring and uninspired. I wasn't expecting MarioKart but, at the very least, Street Racer would've been ok.
To be fair, I played it back to back with PS4 Dirt Rally, so I suppose I didn't have the right eyes on.

A VOTE FOR DRIFT KING HERE...
I originally had Tokyo Highway Challenge on PS1 growing up and really liked it. The same goes for the Saturn version too.
Never bothered (read: fancied) with any of the Choro Q games myself. They've never appealed to me.
I've owned both the King the Spirits games too, but as stated earlier, they're just 'ok'. Worth a look for the right price tbh.
