They're notorious for bundling adware and other crap with their installers. Just don't install any extra software there's options there not to and I've never had any problems with adware since I've always had the official version straight from their website Did you use the Alchohol 120% virtual disc because Deamon tools drive is not the same I've also always had bad images ripped when using Deamon Tools Just did an update to Alchohol it only had one adware type app but you just unselect it when you are installing

I just put rmenu in a folder by itself and it didn't crash. Then I put my first cdi I made with it and it recognized it. So there must be a bad file in there somewhere. Thanks for the advice everyone. I will continue to mess around after work.

I had the trial version of it back when this was first discussed a few months back and it had the same issues as DT, could not get it to produce a working converted image. I was going CDI->MDF/MDS for the test though, maybe it works better with BIN/CUE.

Not sure what's different in the trial version but mine 100% works and saved me having to install a virtual machine it's possible it wasn't updated to work properly on Windows 10 at the time. I was on Windows 7 using disc juggler and few months ago also the window 10 creators update is installed here don't know how much of a difference that makes I'm also using the latest Rhea firmware

They're notorious for bundling adware and other crap with their installers. Unlikely, try placing it in a structure with just itself and an empty folder. Bad disc images can cause it to crash. If it works then, introduce your games one by one until you find the culprit. Just tried IDE drive emulation in DT and straight conversion without mounting the image in DT under Windows 10, neither produces a working image. On the last part, Do you mean you tried to rip a real cd with DJ in win10 and it produced a bad image?

No, ripping real CDs with DiscJuggler works just fine in Windows 10.

It should be there when I get home tonight.
How can I keep the disc drive safe, as it still works fine? Would it be enough to store it in an anti static bag?

I can get everything working right by mounting in Daemon Tools Lite/Free edition (latest version), then ripping from the virtual drive using CD Manipulator in Multi-session mode with Subcode analysis enabled. The CDM files then need to be renamed to CCD, but that part can be automated.
This is on Windows 10.
Discjuggler might not work in W10, I didn't check that, but I don't need to.

I'm having an issue where I'm full booting some CCD games from Rmenu, it brings me to the CD player menu where it tells me to start the application (which I take it as it recognizes it as a saturn game), I see the produced by or under license screen, then it takes me back to Rmenu without starting the game. This isn't specific to Japanese or US games, it's random. But none of them were treated as audio CDs. Also, is it possible to to fully close the console when using the 3D tray? I can only get it flush if I don't use the smaller part of the tray that goes on top of the Rhea.
This thing is awesome though. I'm playing games i never thought I could play on my regular HST-3200. I can actually understand Chris in Burning Rangers now!

I can actually understand Chris in Burning Rangers now! Full boot shouldn't take you to the CD player (unless you're holding down A during boot, that's the normal Saturn shortcut to get to the CD player). You should get the whole shattered glass Saturn intro again, then straight to game. Are you sure it's loaded a game image? Learn to recognize if the application shown from the CD player screen is RMENU, or a game. This will come in handy when using the soft reboot patch. With the system off, hold down A as you turn on the power. This should take you to the CD player screen with RMENU loaded as the application. Or, from RMENU hit B to exit to the CD player. Look at the play disc details. RMENU should show 1 track, with a seconds worth run time. Soft reboot patching isn't really explained (unless you've read the RMENU documentation), but is incredibly useful. This only works with the Fast Boot option, which should work with 99% of games. (I don't use Full Boot) -Add the value "reset_goto = 1" to your .ini file. -Fast Boot a game. -Do the standard A+B+C, Start soft reset in game. X+Y+Z, Start in very select games, like Radiant Silvergun (during gameplay this should take you to title, do it from title to get back to CD player). -Give the CD player a second, the Rhea should reset to folder 1. Start application to get back to RMENU. This effectively lets you swap between games without powering off the console. This is why I said to note the RMENU play details, occasionally this reset doesn't work and the game will stay loaded in the CD player. You'll be able to identify this and do a power cycle to reset to menu.

It could possibly be the region setting make sure it's the one for your console if some games work and others don't my guess is that ones in your region work and other region games are resetting. Or bad image This is the page for all Rhea ini settings gdemu.wordpress.com/operation/rhea-operation/I'm sure it's possible to close the 3D tray it's tight though Also try updating to the latest firmware if you haven't already since it has better support for clone cd images
