I am big survial Horror Fan and so far I have Biohazard and Deep Fear in my collections. I really like playing both games. Are there some other decent Horror Titles on the Saturn that you would consider a Must have?

They're a bit thin on the ground on the Saturn. Other than what's already been mentioned, D is horror themed. Alone in the Dark 2 perhaps, though it's meant to be quite poor. Alien Trilogy maybe. There are probably a few Japanese text heavy titles out there. The PS1 is amazing for that genre. www.racketboy.com/retro/the-playstation-ps1-survival-horror-library

Enemy Zero and D are interesting for sure. Want to get them if I can find the games at good price. Alien isolation could interesting too. What about exhumed? Seems to be a shooter with horror theme too. Looks quite intersting. Even more than Alien Isolation But for know I get D and Enemy Zero should keep me busy for a while.
Researching if there are some japanese horror titles out there for the saturn would be a nice task. But won't be easy to play them to be honest.
I already had troubles with Deep Fear. Got the japanese version because I have a japanese saturn and no way to play other region titles yet. Have no action replay yet.
The game itself was quite import friendly and i never get lost. But not be able to read the item description made it quite hard to solve some puzzles. I am rather prood that I could make a playthrough.

Exhumed isn't really a horror game, more just a straight up action game, Alien Trilogy has a more horrorish theme.
As others have also recommended , Enemy Zero and D are good choices

Thanks for the Infos Darkman. Alien Triology Looks interesting for sure. I like the Alien Franchise anyway so I think I will have my fun with the Alien Game for sure.
Good to know that Exhumed is not that Horror themed as the screenshots indicate. then I won't get it a I think.
@alone in the Dark 2 I am more a Resident Evil Fan, but I had my my Fun with Alone in the Dark 4 for the Dreamcast.
I also got the first Alone in the Dark at GOG.com and I had fun with it. I liked the presentation and the atmosphere of the first Alone in the Dark. The graphics are also impressive for the time.
But the controls were horrible. I am not picky with controls. For example I never had any Problems with the Tank controls of Resident Evil. But the controls of the first Alone in the Dark with the Keyboard are quite bad.
But besides the Control issues I enjoyed the first Alone in the Dark and would be intersted in playing part 2.
But how is the Control of Alone in the Dark for the Saturn? Is it ok similar to RE 1 or is much worse?

For what it's worth, I found the controls on the 3DO version of Alone in the Dark work great. Definitely one of my top 10 3DO games. Sorry to hear that it's so clunky on the keyboard.
Unfortunately I haven't gotten Alone in the Dark 2 yet, and I'm actually leaning towards getting the 3DO version rather than the Saturn version. (Another 3DO fan told me the 3DO version is even worse than the Saturn version, but when I sampled it on an emulator it seemed to run fine. Not great, but fine.)
As if you needed one more person to say it, Enemy Zero is a must-have for survival horror fans.
Prisoner of Ice has plenty of survival horror elements, but I can't recommend getting it for the Saturn since the item descriptions are all in Japanese, making it very difficult to play without a walkthrough. The PC version is available on Steam for less than you'd end up paying to ship the Saturn version anyway.

Quake, Enemy Zero, D (although more of an adventure), Alone in the Dark 2 (if you can get over the clunkiness of it), Resi, Deep Fear, Prisoner of Ice, Baroque, Alien Trilogy, Space Hulk (kinda), DOOM (but dont play on Saturn), Hexen (at a push).
That pretty much exhausts the stuff that kinda fits from my collection.

If you like the look of Prisoner of Ice grab the PC version, much easier than struggling with the JP Saturn version. For the same reasons I'd say pick up the Baroque remake on the PS2 or Wii, the Saturn versions of both are very text heavy and entirely in Japanese.

I would recommend against getting the Baroque remakes, mainly because I feel they ruined it by changing the gameplay so much. The Saturn version is first person and it is way spookier than the remakes, which just don't feel like horror at all.
I would also say that, despite the obvious difficulties in understanding the text, the game retains a lot of the horror feel because of that. It's like you are cast into a world of complete unknowns and you have to work things out to survive. It is one hell of an experience and is one of the few games that I find genuinely unsettling.
Also it's dirt cheap, so you have little to lose.

I pretty much completely agree with SpanishAdam about Baroque. And frankly, I found the game is nearly as hard to make sense of in English as in Japanese! The puzzles make so little sense that you just end up trying out random things anyway, and the story seems deliberately abstruse; key elements of the backstory are never filled in, and there's no real resolution. The whole game is meant as a mystery, and the mystery feels much more compelling with the sombre color palette, first person perspective, and overall eerie tone of the Saturn version.

Sorry for the late reply. Thanks a lot for the further tips. Many more games for to buy list. From the recommendations I only got Alien Triology so far and I really like it. It looks nice for my taste and I cannot complain about the playability as well. That's sursprising, because I have heard quite often the Saturn is rather bad with First Person shooters. But have nothing to complain so far.
I think I will also try to get some other classic FPS for the Saturn now. Like Duke Nukem 3d or Doom.

Funny thing that you mention the 3do. Playing Alone in the Dark on the 3do would be an option as well. I am not the owner of 3do yet but I am planning getting on the near future. Maybe even in next couple of weeks.. Will be in Japan in October, and when I am there I will try to get a nice japanese 3do. Maybe I will be sucessful.
Prisoner of Ice looks interesting as well. But for the playability it is better to get the pc version I guess.

I wouldn't bother with Saturn Doom, the frame rate is terrible. Get it on PS1 or N64. Or PC.
Quake, Duke Nukem and Exhumed are all excellent on the Saturn.

Yeah, Saturn Doom doesn't look the best. I know I will pick up the Japanese version at some point just for my collection and because I like Doom, but I know it'll probably annoy me unless I play on the wimp difficulty.
