I'm playing Swagman. Upon dying, the gameover screen failed to load; a black screen showed instead, with this audio looping continuously: "It's 1999, and the world is still a violent place in which to live. NATO rapid response helicopter task-force has been established to combat a variety of potential flashpoint situations across the globe. It's codenamed... Firestorm." Safe to say - it was, truly, a "WTF" moment! Until then, the game lacked voice-acting! Presumably some remnant from Firestorm: Thunderhawk 2, CORE Design's previous game. Hasn't happened again thus far.

That message appears on all of the Core games that appeared on the Saturn. You can hear it on the audio tracks in the bios menu. However, I've never heard that message appear in any of the games itself.
