Saturn has stopped working Model 2 JPN Sept 25, 2018 17:58:25 GMT

When playing at the beginning stopped pads. after 10 seconds, the picture hung up and then went out. Currently, after turning on the Power LED is on, the green bars will flash for 1 second, then the image becomes black,

The console does not spin. Help
