I found an Rg-JX1(x) online S/N 15040904 that looks like it's possibly a va1. Is there a way to confirm this without having it in hand? I checked the evilboris.sonic-cult page and the only one with hardware revision listed is va1 but is a lower S/N.

RG-JX1 (no letter) is always 20-pin since it is the equivalent of the launch models. You can tell from the different PSU connector too.
RG-JX1(X) should be the equivalent of HST-3210 with VA1 boards, but unfortunately I have not seen enough units opened up to know for sure. It seems pretty likely though. VA1s have a 20pin CD connector.

Hey, thank you for the insight! I will look around for Rg-Jx1 or Hst-3200. I finally got my hands on a Rhea so I definitely need a 20 pin and don't really want to gamble buying something with it possibly being a va2 or va3.
