Yes, almost every shooter that made it to the US seems to hold a high price. Although since Acclaim released them they stay "reasonable" CIB Darius Gaiden in good condition like this probably $70-80 USD. Puzzle Fighter $75-95. In fact Dandy since I know you're a JPN Saturn guy, Ill run down current market prices of the games in my haul based on my best guess. Alot of this stuff has gotten a bit out of hand in past years. - D $40 - Contra $100 - C Knight 1 $25 - C Knight 2 $50 - Lunacy $175 - Ghen War $15 - Mr Bones $40 - Batman Forever $100 - Puzzle Fighter $85 - In the Hunt $90 - Darius Gaiden $70 - SF Collection $150 - Earthworm J 2 $65 - Three Dirty Dwarves $75 - Galaxy Fight $70 - Last Bronx $35 - Casper $40 - WWS 98 $35 Interesting to know, thanks. My most recent Saturn haul was Bulk Slash satakore rerelease Darius Gaiden Layer Section Afterburner II Darius II DG was cheaper than the NA version. I'm glad to have Layer Section again, as that was one of the NA games I had back when I first started collecting for the Saturn. I was lucky to have a game shop near my dorm that had a ton of Saturn games. Yeah Layer Section is one of the most playable shooters on the system. Certainly the one I put the most time into. Its nice knowing 1 of the few we actually got over here was one of the best ones. I've just started playing Darius Gaiden and so far I like a lot about it.

I have on the way the following:
Sega Rally Championship Plus Netlink Edition, loose Last Bronx, CIB Pebble Beach Golf Links, CIB Daytona USA longbox, CIB Sega Rally Championship, CIB.
All NTSC-U copies. The last four were just $50 before shipping. I've wanted to get longbox versions of Sega Rally, Daytona, and VF2 for a while, I'll get VF2 another time. Sega Rally Netlink was $15.

Fair price for Rally Netlink as the CIB cost has gone up in recent years. Its nice to have the silver shiny longbox original Rally release too. You may end up playing Plus Netlink version more for the full 3D control and minor graphic fixes.

I probably will, but the original game wasn't too expensive. Getting Last Bronx CIB for $25 was the real kicker for me, that's been going up lately.

Definitely good to have both IMO. Last Bronx I also just got it as well in my haul last week. I've owned it multiple times in the last 15 years but for some reason never a good clean CIB copy. I actually like that its going up. Perhaps more people are taking notice. Im not a fighting nut but Last Bronx is certainly one of my favorites on the system. I think its vastly overlooked although I know NEO and some other fighting guys on here hold it pretty high. Always loved the graphics and color of the game as well as the weapon combat. It was also nice to see a late Saturn arcade conversion not be done half assed for once like Touring Car Oddly enough the US release was supposed to contain 2 discs like the JPN version featuring the extras. If you look on the back of some game manuals released in 1997, there is an ad for Last Bronx where it even says something like "2 discs of..." . Probably dropped the 2nd disc due to costs.

It's been one on my list for a while, and it's one I really wanted CIB. I like that it's faster and weapon based.
Probably need to get Fighting Vipers just to complete the AM2 fighting collection.

Also on the way now:
Fighting Vipers, CIB Virtual On, CIB Courier Crisis, supposedly CIB Dead or Alive, CIB Clockwork Knight, CIB (got this today) Shining the Holy Ark, loose X-Men vs Street Fighter, loose.
Everything but Dead or Alive is NTSC-U copies.

And never been a RPG guy. But being a Game of thrones fan and picking up this game about 12months ago I couldn't stop playing it. Absolutely loved Dragon force. My wife actually got up one morning about 3am to find me in the study on my CRT TV still playing this. Hadn't been to bed. Easily now one of my favourite saturn games.

Your guys one taste of Working Designs magic right there (as far as I know that is their only localization released outside the US)
