Hi all haven't been on the forum for ages, just a quick reply to Marc. I got stellar assault last year for £119 complete with spine, reg card and the silver sticker and I enjoy it when I have time to kick back. I was shocked to hear it's one of the rarest shooters on the system.

Dragon Force is that one game you need to bury yourself in the manual to understand. Due to it being an intimidating game to play for newbies. I usually keep my copy at the side of me while playing just so I know the type match ups. That might go someway to explaining the sub par condition of the manual. dragon force is not difficult at all. a game like xenoblade chronicles x you can't do without a manual, but this...

I was shocked to hear it's one of the rarest shooters on the system. It's a great game, and via my framemeister mini I can play full screen, no borders, it looks really good. And yeah, it might be the shooter with the lowest print run. I'm basing that of something lee mallabar (videogameimports.com) said in an interview with edge retro in 2004. Hard to get exact info on some games....

I recently snapped up Exhumed, Duke 3d, Blam Machinehead and Tunnel B1 (PAL) to fill holes in my very small UK collection.
I haven't looked at ebay pal prices for ages and I must say I was disheartened.
I'm kind of at the stage where I'd have to spend big money to get the JP versions of stuff I want.

I'm pretty much done with Saturn collecting as far as I'm concerned. Street Fighter Zero 3 boxed with the 4mb expansion card has been the one game I've been really wanting for a long time, but I've finally got it.

You'll have so much fun with this. The replay value is so impressive. Any reason you wanted the Ram packaged version? I thought you already had an AR4in1.

Yes I had a memory cart and a AR4in1, not a 4mb expansion card. I prefer not having to deal with the AR start up menu every time I play games that require expansion cards.

I have MSH v Streetfighter with the RAM pack and Xmen v Streetfighter without. I'd much prefer to have the nicer packaging that MSH V Streetfighter has but it isn't really practical rebuying that cart every time.

Just be wary of the occasional issues you will face using the 4MB. Sometimes the console refuses to acknowledge the 4MB cart is even connected which might mean you have to pull it out and re-insert a number of times occasionally. This issue has never occurred using an AR4IN1, just the 1MB and 4mb carts will occasionally need re-inserting.

I love the artwork in the Ram packaged version, shame they didn't use it for the stand alone version. But as great as the artwork is I'm a sucker for pull out spine cards and back cover artwork on compact disc case so the stand alone versions were a must for me.

Haven't been on these forums for quite a while. Similar to the post above, picked up one of the last Saturn Japanese games on my list that I have been chasing. Pretty much done with Japanese Saturn collecting now.
