Finally added Courier Crisis to the collection at a convention this past week (Also got to meet the incredible Jeff Goldblum lol) This is a game I always wanted to try back in the day. I know its generally seen has pretty doo doo but I usually find myself liking things about bad games once I play them. I think the nostalgia of reading the reviews for it back in 1997 in magazines is kicking in a bit in my anticipation to try it. Haha this game is a good laugh. Its like a pretty meh crazy taxi but its even more ridiculous I couldn't stand to drop the $ needed for the Saturn copy though so I got it on Playstation

Courier Crisis is amazing. I like it more than crazy taxi. Not worth the asking price of the western one, but the JP version is a few quid and perfectly accessible. I'd recommend everyone get that version!

I haven't played it enough to say if it is amazing or not but its definitely better than most reviews would lead you to believe.

It's most definitely the direct precursor to Crazy Taxi, not that I'm saying Sega copied it.

When I picked it up and dropped a fair bit of money on a pal copy I found myself really really enjoying it.

It's a really fun game. You need to get used to turning and whatnot, but it's great fun

Got Virtua Fighter 2 and have ordered Burning Rangers recently.
Dos anybody here has experience with the RTS genre on the Saturn? I am interested in adding Command and Conquer and Warcraft 2 to my Collection.
Are These games playable on the Saturn or would you recommend giving them a pass?

I never played C&C back in the day, but my best friend was obsessed by the Saturn version to the point of not coming out to the skatepark with us, missing awesome sessions and racking up massive hours until he finished it. It's all he spoke about at the time, so I'm sure it's safe to say its playable on Saturn.
He also did the same thing with Quake and Duke Nukem, 'til he 100%-ed them.

My friend also has (had) this on the Saturn and we played it quite a bit, I can't remember for sure if we played it on PS or not, but we did do some Red Alerts on the PS and we even did some link up, those were the days lol. We also played a lot on PC obviously but the Saturn version was great once you get the controls down you can maneuver your way around pretty good. I'd say get it if you are into C&C games, I myself want to play the 64 version on an emulator.
Blind Bag Update: Also still no word on my Uncles stash of Saturn stuff, every time I ask he doesn't remember what I'm talking about until I explain it again. Last I heard was at the end of July there were storms up there and he had to clear out trees. We wanted to head up there ourselves but couldn't because of that so I'm sure if he did go his focus was on that. I'll have to try messaging him again or wait until the Christmas gathering.

Thanks for the info About C&C. I will get it then. I am quite familiar with the first 3 C&C games on the PC. I was a big fan of the Franchise. Never haver played the consoles C&C though, that's why I wanted to add the first C&C to my Saturn Collection.
ps: My copy of Burning rangers arrived in the meantime and I really like the game so far.

Ive played a fair bit of CC on Saturn and its very playable. Warcraft is as well. Tell us how you are enjoying BR. Its a game Ive always been obsessed with since it came out. Didnt get to play it until many years after its released but I still like so many little things about it.
