Yay! after tense negotiations and a barrage of finger cramping typed PMs, I've finally got Guardian Heroes coming my way. I'll be 4 Gamecube games lighter for the privelege, but what the fcuk ;D I realised earlier that I haven't played GH for nearly 10 years, so I'm rather eager to get my hands on it again after all this time. The deal was MarioKart, Billy Hatcher, WaveRace and F-Zero GX in exchange.
I'm not playing any of them at the moment (except that I'll maybe have to tell my four year old son that MK is 'lost'...) so I thought it was an okay deal. Add to that the £5 it's going to cost to post them and I think it's about right. Or at least about what the eBay outlay would have been to Buy it Now.

Is it the PAL version? I really like the PAL artwork, more than the Jp version, which isn't the norm. Possibly the best looking side scrolling beat 'em up? Treasure really knew how to squeeze the most out of the Saturn. I haven't played this for a few years as well....... considering getting a copy at some point though.

Yes, it's the PAL version, mate.
I had it once or twice after buying it at launch, but I remember getting bored of it soon after finishing it and swapping it at a games exchange in Edinburgh.
I once swapped it for Bust a Move AND it cost me a fiver to swap it!!!

I dont mind bust a move on saturn, but not a good swap for GH, ahh hindsight. Have you played any of the Magical drop games on Saturn? If you like bust a move you would love them.

Played it for the first time today and I liked but it wasn't that fun as I expected maybe beacuse I was just mashing, I didn't study the manual enough so I don't know all the moves to play well. I'm going to invite my mate to play story mode in co-op, it'll be a lot of fun for sure

I remember it being lots of fun, but not much replay value after you saw all the multiple endings.
At the end of the day, I'm one game closer to having a complete collection, if nothing else.

Guardian Heroes is best as a party game mashing it up with friends in time limit battles for points.
Although when the odd death match came about I was always owning with Kannon. ;D

I remeber when I got Guardian Heroes. Excellent game its a decent game to play alone but seriously its ment for multiplayer. Its a real blast that no other saturn game really has. So I recommend hunting down a multi-tap if you don't already have one.
