Many of us will be going on long and dull car journeys this summer and the thought of these without the entertainment of a sega saturn or even a dreamcast isnt worth thinking about. So ive been looking at some portable screens, ive found some bargain price ones for the original ps2 which power the ps2 and screen. since the saturn has the same power connection as the ps2 and dreamcast am i correct in thinking you could attach the sega saturn or dreamcast to such a screen and run it off one power supply?

well, I guess you could because, my cousin had an xbox screen, which the cables fitted in my PS2 and worked perfectly, and mabye what your thinking could work, because a little screen is just another little TV, except only for games consoles, so if the cables fit, it might just work.

I use a joytech gamecube screen on a saturn when I'm travelling, they are dirt cheap on eBay.

the screen is at my mothers house with my spare model 2, but it's this one: It takes composite and sound phonos, when detached from the gamecube the base can be rotated back and becomes a free stand for it. Quality is not amazing (composite!) but it certainly does the job, incidentally if you dismantle these screens they can be very easilly rigged for a VGA input also

Just break the motherboard down into sections and re-join the traces and you have a more compact Saturn motherboard. I have an 800W power inverter in my blue car so portable Saturn is not an issue

No, but passengers can if they wish, and it's nice to pull over at a service station and chill out with some Last Bronx before continuing your journey
