I had that more than once back in the day. I kept getting bored with it and trading it for other Saturn games at my local exchange. I once swapped Guardian Heroes for Bust a Move 2!!

I love it when popular games are the rarest, since it makes it very easy to stumble upon a good deal. Daytona USA NetLink I almost got for $6 before someone tipped the seller during the final hours that it was a lark. Sonic on the SMS is basically one of the most common SMS games, but all it takes is that US barcode to make it the rarest. With Saga, though, it's almost impossible to find a seller that really has no idea of the value, since it's so publicly sought after.

Mortal Kombat Trilogy has been on my personal wanted list ever since it came out, but for some reason this one became rare and quite sought-after from virtually day one and there's absolutely no way it's worth some of the prices being asked for these days on the likes of eBay. Maybe if I can pick it up for a decent enough value, though I guess Ultimate MK3 will do me just fine until then... along with my ISO copy, of course! Also, what's the deal with Panzer Dragoon Saga? Haven't the hoarders made enough from this one changing hands for such exorbitant values yet? When are we mere peasants going to be given a chance of being able to buy such classics without having to take out huge loans? I'm sorry, but paying over face value for any game probably isn't going to be worth it - unless we're talking about collectors' editions, super rare titles or prototypes, that is!

Actually I prefer Bust a Move 2 over Guardian Heroes myself. I only play GH for the multiplayer, its great fun with a group of buddies. However I rarely have time for such events anymore. BaM2 though I can play all night long by myself. A game is only worth what you get out of it.

Always wanted MKT for Saturn back in the day but I could never find a copy of it and that's the first copy I've ever seen on eBay. About a year ago I rebrought UMK3 after remembering the fun I had with it back in the day. The MK series has totally not held up to the test of time (I loved MK3 back in the 90s), and to make matters worse it has abysmal loading times, even during the match. No thanks. Personally I thought Guardian Heroes was overhyped, and it didn't really match up to the quality of what I paid for it (can't remember how much). I can see that it's a quality title, it just didn't sit right with me...

You can't be serious? That's outrageous! I'd feel ripped off having to pay original face value for MKT, though I must admit it is quite possibly the rarest PAL game of all. Maybe if a cheaper copy ever went up for sale, because even though it's not the best installment (by far that's UMK3 - in my opinion, at least) I still want it as a fan of the series...
