We really should have a Tier system, because there are at least 5 games I could honestly throw into the number one spot. but to choose just two {one not being 'Sega Rally' because everyone is picking it anyway} Radiant Silvergun Panzer Dragoon Saga Both of which I sold recently to pay bills.

Virtua Cop 2 and Sega Rally. The two Saturn games that have provided me with the most entertainment over the years, and titles that I still enjoy now.

Sega Rally does rock, but I'm surprised to see it won last year. That's one of the few racers I can still come back to in this day and age and still really enjoy. That said, it wouldn't make my Top 2...
#1 NiGHTS - Despite initially being slammed by most critics as too short, this is no doubt the game I've played the longest for any console. It's one of those timeless games with graphics so colorful and inventive and an engine so precise you just want to keep coming back to witness it all and to try and trump your score. I don't think I'll ever fully be finished with this game.
#2 Dark Savior - This is a new pick for me, since it's a game I only finally played this year. It didn't look like much from the art or even the reviews, but I just could not believe the depth. With the parallel stories it's essentially five sprawling RPGs in one, each story completely different than the previous. Then there are other bonuses and perks that make replay all the more fun. The biggest surprise, though, was that the five stories were actually REALLY good. Never have I been so caught off guard with quality as I was here with this. Truly the unsung gem of the Saturn!
It's hard for me not to vote for a Panzer Dragoon, but really, I've had small concerns with each game, and it's only when viewed as a whole trilogy that the series really should be mentioned as the stand out Saturn product. Give me the level design of the first, the evolution depth of the second and the roaming quality of the third, and that there is a true masterpiece.

Sega Rally: Because it's the best Saturn game. No matter how many times I play it, it never gets boring even with such a limited number of tracks/cars. It was the first racing game I ever played where I was actually bothered about shaving milli-seconds off my lap times ;D
Fighting Vipers: Another game I will never get bored of. Ripping your body armour off and going insane for a few seconds never fails to impress. Plenty of amusing extras too. IMO the best fighting game on the Saturn, and there's no shortage of fighters.
