Nice that barryburton how much did that set you back? I wish I'd gone for one of those rather than the bundle of crap games I got. It was £120 with half dozen common official disc only games plus loads of "free" copied games. So about the going rate Id say.

Another of those purchases where the item will work.... just not with our fancy fangled modern day TVs, I got myself a Nugen Assassin Gun, which is a dual console item for both the Saturn and PissStation!

3D Control Pad came in today, so I took it and the others apart for a good cleaning. The analog stick's motion was a little gritty so I blasted it out with some canned air and it feels much smoother now. And, not a Sega product, but I found a surprise as a thrift today. Have to find a better spot for it, but not bad for the price. Little 13" screen. And yeah...playing on a CRT makes a big difference.

Well, I took a trip to Salt Lake today to hit a few retro shops. First one had a decent Saturn selection, but the good stuff (Dragon Force, Die Hard Arcade) was priced out of my budget.
Went to a different one, they didn't have a lot of games but they did have some Saturn hardware, and most importantly they had a pair of lightguns in a bundle with Virtua Cop for $25.
I'm not sure what brand they are, they just say "The Pursuer" on the side, but they both work (they also have connections for PS1). Now I need to get some more light gun games.

Finally ordered a scart switcher. Bandridge manual 5 port, around 40 bucks with shipping from ebay.

Found a Victor RN-M141 Modem for Saturn. Also a X-Band Saturn Modem with bunch of Sega Media Cards.

I'm new to the Saturn, so i just got the 3D Control Pad and it really makes a world of difference on Daytona and Nights. It does get slightly uncomfortable after an hour or two, though, due to the sheer size of the thing.

Went a bit mad, picked up a couple of white pads and a grey one to go with the new JP saturn, got a multitap also and Vampire Saviour with the 4MB cart.
And I may have just also bought a spare JP saturn having bricked my PAL one. Now I'll have to region and HZ mod it I guess. If you can even HZ mod the JP saturn for the few PAL optimised titles.
