I picked up a light gun yesterday, the usual Japanese guns are totally black with an embossed Sega logo near the back, like this one: However the one I picked up yesterday... as you can see has yellow trigger and start button, it still has the usual SEGA logo embossed near the back but also the Japanese style Sega Saturn logo on each side. I've never seen one of these before and I cant find any other pics of one anywhere, anyone else seen one of these before? Mick.

No explanation as to why it's different though, I have the ones that were bundled with virtua cop 1&2 in Japan and they are all black! I'd love to know what it came with originally.

That certainly makes sense, I had a play on Area 51 with it earlier and it seems a hell of a lot more accurate than my blue UK Virtua Gun.

I saw one of these in DenDen on my last trip. It was cheap, but I would have had to buy another Saturn to use it though so I passed for now.

I am pretty jealous.......my friend was round the other day for a saturn sesh.......after I had dazzled him with twinkle star sprites ( best 2 player shooter ever?) among others, decided to drop the tempo and play a couple of gun games...........stuck virtua cop 1 on and then realised my (horrible) blue saturn gun was goosed......it's the trigger .......might take it apart and try and fix it......but now I have seen your " piece" I want one too.........
in fact I am going to snag the one from genki for 15 dabs
Cheers for the link dizzy........
