Excellent. Love the idea of the USB Flash Cartridge for the Saturn to test homebrew. Excellent work there. At least you know your website is almost top of the google search for 'Saturn dev'

No Yart you'll break my little black heart again! Come back to the Saturn!
(Seriously though, I do think your Ouya game has more promise, I'll set to work on the Saturn game over the holidays and see what I can get doing)

I have wanted to ask people on other forums about this but been reluctant to do as much due to what I can only describe as a seemingly common icy cold and impersonal demeanor shared by the users there. This place is more my style anyway.
I could handle some art [concept art, I cannot pixel worth a damn although there are ways around that] and ye olde style music. Might take a while right now due to some technical limitations but bear with me.
Is the point specifically to make something playable on a Saturn emulator? Because that's cool, but it might be hella hard/nigh on impossible to achieve without Saturn hard/software experts present. It shouldn't go forgotten that even very informed industry insiders had their fair share of troubles with the technology back then!

Sounds great We're a pretty long way of needing concept art though, and even longer off needing sprite work, textures or 3D models which are more my field of expertise. As others have said, someone getting the programming down and doing some very simple test programs is our first hurdle...

Sounds like there is a good mix of skill sets here! I'll have to have a scan through the thread so I don't make a tit of myself by asking things that the topic posts should reveal by themselves. If it's still a little vague to me, I'll ask then.

If somebody could do the programming, and I could do the artwork, I wouldn't mind, dealing with that.
Right now I am working on my game. I am artsy person. If I can get it released by the end of this year, I could get a real programmers to work with me, on making a Saturn and PC engine port. I say that to myself, if this was Japan, I am sure their could be a place, where we all could get together, and get an small one bedroom, and setup shop, or something along those lines. My biggest issue is money, because I have to take a loan out before, I can release the game. I can't get a loan, without a real job. Like how most people have a car loan, and the car is the collateral.
It is going to be a shooter with all kinds of insane themes. Then again I have lots of ideas, for all kinds of games. By the end of this year, I promise myself it will be done, or something along those lines.
Maybe somebody here could say. If I program the game, and provide code for a price, or even get an certain percent. Right now I do need programming support. I am planning to do a dreamcast special game, once I start making the models. It is going to be a tribute game, to another series.
I need to have some kind of signature, as well. Not just email, unless that was to count. You understand. I don't want to make something, with an great idea, and then somebody decides to come along do it, and then be like oh well, you never did anything to contribute to the idea. Like right now you have this Xseed dispute, with the translators, where this one guy "Nightwolve" never got paid anything at all, for his contribution, while the other guy is got something.
You know what is funny? This kinda thing also occur in "Deep Blue Fear". Where the programmer, wanted to steal information from another party member, and used the disturbance to break into their chamber for the code. It is not like we are best buds, or whatever, I don't want to contribute something and then get nothing for my efforts. Or even be pushed out of my own damn project.
I keep saying this to myself, if this was Japan. I wouldn't have this problem.
