First thanks go to termis for annoucning this forum on the pcenginefx forums, otherwise I never would have heard of it.
Anyway, the Saturn was my system of choice for many years mainly due to her (yes the Saturn is a female, and a sexy one at that) shooter library.
I have 3 systems: US-Model 2 JP -White (Model 2) JP - HiSaturn (Model 1)
About 6 months ago I moved to Japan, and have since become a PC-Engine addict. I really do miss my Saturns though, and may buy another once I've tracked down a few more expensive PC-Engine games I've been craving.

Hey superdeadite, If you plan to stay in Japan for long, you can totally hook yourself up with a saturn for cheap there (well, anywhere, I guess). They're all over, and even cheaper if you go something like the yahoo auction route. I got mine while I was there just to pass time, and I think I paid around 4000-4500 yen (shipped) for a loose system with about 20 games. Though it wasn't clean-boxed system with mint-shaped games or anything, it filled my need for a saturn while I was there. And you probably already know that TONS of used games can be had for just a few hundred yen... Come on, you know you want another one.

Yeah Saturns always prefer to be in pairs. Its just a matter of time really, I saw some nice "Cool Saturns" for sale in Osaka. They were loose so the price wasn't too bad either. Right now though I want to finish the PC-Engine collection. After buying Sapphire a few weeks ago, just about all games seem cheap. Sylphia is the only real expensive game left that I want.

Next to the Hi-Saturn Navi, those gotta be the sexiest saturns out there. Though I only wish they have those versions out in the older model 1 case. Yeah, I like the model 1 cases better. Looks sleeker, plus it has a nice access light to go along with it. The models 2s kinda look cheap to me.

I really like my Model 1 HiSaturn with its 2-tone shell and weird pink buttons. Remember there are 2 types of skeleton Saturns. The "Cool Saturns" which have "This is Cool" printed on the top. And the Derby Skeleton Saturn, which lacks the logo. The Derby versions are a lot more rare and a lot more expensive. I don't remember the denden town prices on the Cools, but I'll be going there again in a few weeks.
