I figured I had the same version of Saturn as this (oval buttons) until I opened it up, turns out I have a VA09(?) board and that set of jumpers isn't at the same location. I thought better of destroying my Saturn until I have a spare to fall back on. Apparently it works though.

Those switches only work in VA0 PAL and VA SD PAL units. So either very early model 1s, very late model 1s, and very early model 2s. It is definitely useful though.
