Controllers biting the dust

My 3d controller's D-pad is dying. The membrane isn't firm enough to respond as quickly as I need it to, especially for fighting games. It's still generally workable, but it's definitely on its way out. This is my second controller to die on me due to overuse. My first was a PS2 controller's X button. How many controllers have you guys gone through?

I have a second hand 3D controller with a busted R button
Other than that, I have a second hand 3 button controller where a few buttons don't work
One of my PS4 controllers has one of the rubber parts on the stick coming off, but that's about it for stuff I've bought.

My 3D pad's analog stick is really, really loose after years of repeated use. Ended up buying a brand new one. Difference is night and day.
