Ordinarily I'd vote on a poll where I've played two of the three games, but even between Die Hard Arcade and Three Dirty Dwarves, it's a tough call. Both excel in different ways. Certainly Die Hard Arcade is the deeper, more complex, and ultimately more replayable of the two, but Three Dirty Dwarves has much more variety, plus a sharper and to me more appealing visual style. Also, while Die Hard Arcade is too short to need a save/password feature, my preference is always for medium-length games with a save feature over short games with no save feature. It's just the sort of gamer I am. So I'm holding off until I've acquired Guardian Heroes. At worst, once I've played it I'll be able to make a fully qualified vote. At best, it will prove to be my favorite of the three, making the neck-and-neck battle between Die Hard Arcade and Three Dirty Dwarves a non-issue. You'll like Guardian Heroes if you're a fan of longer beat 'em' ups. You'll probably like Herc's Adventures as well which is US exclusive.

dungeons & dragons collection should've been included in this poll I think.

Yeah, I'd agree with that. D&D was basically the Golden Axe we should have got.
I'm a big fan of beat em ups, and honestly Guardian Heroes kinda disappointed me. It was decent but not great. The alternate paths are the big thing that stops it from being average. DHA is shorter and linear, but it counters that by just being pure fun from start to finish.
As I mentioned in an earlier comment, I feel like this is what a SoR4 should have played like (albeit SoR would have had better music).

How many games are you off the complete collection ? I'm 11 off myself. Getting pretty impossible tho now to find what I need at retro stores or pawn shop or even Australian Ebay. UK ebay all I have left.

How many games are you off the complete collection ? I'm 11 off myself. Getting pretty impossible tho now to find what I need at retro stores or pawn shop or even Australian Ebay. UK ebay all I have left. Nope. I've stopped for a bit. There might be some later, but I wouldn't count on it. I've been catching up on my backlog of games. And most of them are far too new to be included on a retro gaming channel. I honestly haven't played my Saturn in a few months - the longest time I've spent away from it since I got it back in 2009. Except for an hour or so a little while ago showing my kids Virtua Cop 2 with the guns. I have been playing PC, PS3 and Wii-U. Thanks for checking in, though! You're the first person to say anything in months so I don't feel any pressure to do anything. In a way, it's kinda nice. I'm still 23 games away from a full collection - the same number I was at 3-4 years ago. Nothing has changed. I found out last year when I moved stuff around that I was actually 24 games away. But then I bought Virtual Golf from Cashies for $17. I was trying to finish the Golf collection so I could finish off the reviews for that. That was a good experience - knowing nothing about what makes a good golf game to knowing now what to look for. I was thinking about doing that for all the other sports but I think I miss one or two from every sport to really cover it effectively. I've become so broke that there is no chance of picking these games up in the future. And perhaps maybe, on a sub conscience level, I am dealing with some stuff which makes me lose the drive to do the reviews as well.

The way I figure it, I post comments on most of your vids so you must already know I would like more of them. And it's not like you're a fan fiction writer stopped in the middle of a fic; we've not been left hanging mid-project.
