Alright?
An old Saturn owner, starting on the journey to rebuild my collection....
Used to have some fantastic games and regret selling all my Sega Saturn stuff for the Xbox 360 in 2005.
Starting on the long and expensive journey without the fiancée knowing to try to rebuilt back to close to what I had. Currently have a Saturn MK1 with Virtua Fighter 2, Sega Rally, Manx TT, Exhumed, Blam Machinehead, Burning Dragons and Virtual Hydlide. I have Mass Destruction and Sega Touring Car Championship on the way.
Looking at the more "cost-effective" end of the market meaning charity shops, car boot sales and the occasional trip to the local tip shop where they sell things too good to send to land fill.
Happy to have my Saturn back and happy not to have to wait an hour for an update to have a quick blast on something!

You'll still pick up most of the big first party games for an affordable amount.
I would pity those people who sold off a lot of imports and are starting again now with a view to getting them all back (unless of course they have a lot of disposable income). I'd personally find it hard justifying putting what I have together now.

Thankfully, I was never a collector of imports but I used to have Burning Rangers, Courier Crisis, Spot Goes to Hollywood and Formula Karts. 4 games I'd love to get again but I can see costing quite a lot!

Welcome to the forums. Spot goes to Hollywood and Formula Karts I believe are still quite cheap so you should still be able to get them at an affordable price.
What did you enjoy about Courier Crisis and Virtual Hydlide? Never played either but there tends to be alot of negativity surrounding both. Whats your opinion?

Courier Crisis feels like a rudimentary Crazy Taxi to me. I like it.

Courier Crisis feels like a rudimentary Crazy Taxi to me. I like it. That's what I like about it. A 3D Free Roaming Paperboy sequel which beat Crazy Taxi to market. Formula Karts is easy to get from international sellers but the postage pushes it ti about £20-£25. Will keep on hunting for it in my local area.

Imports are high on shooters and certain arcade ports/ fighters final fight revenge atreet fighter zero 3. One thing that is good now Battle Garegga has come down these past months where it was around 250$. Its now regularly at 150-180$. Recently sold for as low as 140$ which is great 👍. Games you mentioned are all low cost no need to worrie there. If your mainly looking at buying your region go the way you intend. Ebay is a madhouse and sellers on there are well out of there mind. I bought back metal slug recently for 60$ all the buy it nows there asking 90-100$. Which is way to high they don't even include the ram cart or outer box. Unfortunately new comers are willing to pay that much as I do see them selling for that 90$ price.

Sega Touring Car Championship on the way. Right, I don't know if you remember how badly this game controls when you had your Saturn before, but get yourself a Steering Wheel or 3D Pad if you wish to play Touring Car, if you don't, well you aren't exactly gonna have the best time with it

The context steering system in STCC is a strange one and I remember how shoddy it was using a D-Pad.
