Hi there! I'm based in the UK and been a fan of the Saturn since childhood, but have only just got back into it, primarily for the hardware side; modding / repairing as a hobby. Hoping to learn and maybe contribute a bit here if I can

Welcome. I'm also a newbie here. What games do you have?

Cheers! Got a small game collection, mainly PAL:
Virtua Cop 1 & 2 Virtua Fighter 2 Sega Rally Sega Touring Car Manx TT Sonic Jam Duke Nukem Nights + Xmas Nights Daytona USA Soviet Strike Theme Park Sim City 2000 Actua Golf F1 Challenge Street Fighter Alpha 2 Resident Evil (Jap) Fighters Megamix (Jap)
Nothing rare really, I think... Actually looking to collect some more Japanese games, I kinda prefer the look of the cases.

Welcome to the forum, that's a great list of games you have. Never played Sim City 2000, any good?

Thanks! Sim City 2000 is a good game, but I admit it's probably more enjoyable on the PC. The Saturn version is a little clunky/slow (at least that's my experience of the PAL version; NTSC version might be better). Not sure if it works with the Saturn mouse though?

Thanks! Sim City 2000 is a good game, but I admit it's probably more enjoyable on the PC. The Saturn version is a little clunky/slow (at least that's my experience of the PAL version; NTSC version might be better). Not sure if it works with the Saturn mouse though? No, sadly it does not. To be fair, as one of the Saturn's earliest games (one of the 12 games demoed at the console's initial unveiling, in fact), it came out well before Sega released the mouse. I've played the North American version, and was amazed at how close it is to the PC version. However, admittedly I didn't build my city up very much, since the save feature wasn't working for some reason, so maybe it does slow down once you get most of the landscape covered with buildings and traffic. Oh, and welcome to the boards!
