I could have sworn we already had a thread about cheat codes which give you something more interesting than simply assistance in beating the game, but I can't seem to find it with the search engine. Searching neither "cheat" nor "codes" in the thread title gives me the thread I'm looking for.
Anyway. Opening up Sega Saturn Magazine issue 20 to page 76, I came across three intriguing cheat codes:
Fighters Megamix - Supposedly if you complete all the one-player courses except the last one, get over 1,000 OKs on Training Mode, and finally go to one-player mode and select the final course with the L button, you unlock a Fighters-themed version of Patience. I was immediately dubious of this one because the unlocking conditions are so obscure, and the reward seems like something the developers would want players to be able to find without undue trouble. Checking FAQs and cheat code listings online, I can't find any other reference to a hidden Patience game in Fighters Megamix. Anyone happen to know if this is real or a hoax?
Crusader: No Remorse - It says the password LRTN yields a picture of the development team. Can't wait to try this one out; I love it when programmers put behind-the-scenes stuff right in the game.
Virtua Cop 2 - "Put game difficulty on easy, then on auto reload, play mode VC1, sight on then mirror mode on." Supposedly the result is shrunken enemies! If only my copy of Virtua Cop 2 wasn't mysteriously missing.

I can remember reading about that Solitaire game in Fighters Megamix - but cannot remember the source. It was a long time ago now...

Wasn't there another cheat for Virtua Cop 2 which enabled random enemy placements of was that the Virtua Cop?

that solitaire thing sounds pretty fake! and it's impossible to verify unless you've got hours of free time

Go to Extra Options menu and highlight EXIT and hold down the Right SHIFT on the second joypad until you start a new game.

Oh ye of little faith, yes it does work, but only in the PAL and Japanese versions it was removed from the North American one, you get a few bonus pictures of Janet. As the others have said, did it myself a couple of times.

Not a cheat code as such but I just found something I wasn't aware of before. While in the music player interface, if you press Start+A+B+C, the current date and time will appear briefly on top of the screen.

In PAL Sega Rally, race an AM3 staff ghost in TT mode:
Choose a car and track in time attack mode, choose 3 laps, then hold X and Y and press C
