Hello, I'm new to the forum, but I've been with you for some time now and I just registered. I'm having trouble re-transcoding a Saturn from VA13 PAL-M PCB to NTSC, I'm not finding a tutorial for this PCB, just that topic: segasaturngroup.proboards.com/thread/8600/problems-modding-saturn-va13-ntscWhere some information seems to be wrong on the topic. Anyone who can help on how to make this change in VA13, thank you very much. I will leave here photos and information of my Saturn that maybe they can help. My Saturn is model VA13, it does not have that extra insert that the VA15 have, the JP2 is closed and JP1 is open, the crystal is 14,302mhz. Photos attached: PCB VA13 > oi67.tinypic.com/yz7mv.jpgPCB Front > oi65.tinypic.com/nvbj0j.jpgPCB Back > oi64.tinypic.com/ht8a46.jpgOBS: I do not speak English so please forgive me for language errors, I'm using Google Translate. Thanks.

iirc, to NTSC mod a PAL-M Tectoy Saturn with a VA13 board, - change the clock labelled X1 to a 14.318 MHz clock - change the clock labelled X5 to a 20.000 MHz clock - change the jumpers at jp1/2 (JP1 should be closed, JP2 open)

I for European games will I have image problems if I change from PAL-M to NTSC?
