So today I decided to clean up my some of my game consoles, which includes my Sega Saturn. When I was done and wanted to test it, the power switch stopped working correctly. The system works fine and can read games as long as I keep my finger on the button.
For what I know, something in the power switch is broken, so that the button won’t stay down and I have heard of a few alternatives, which is to buy a reserve power switch, I just have a few questions before I can fully decided on what to buy.
My system is a model 2, so does a power switch labeled for model 1 work?
My system is Pal, so can I use a Japanese power switch?
My board is a VA9, i don't know if that mens anything regarding the power switch.
