Right to help get some chatter going, I'd like to hear about what you are all playing on Saturn right now be it an old game, new, borrowed or homebrewed.
Currently playing through Jewels of the Oracle, which got released in NTSC/J and PAL regions. It's a PC port done by Sunsoft, who were clearly cashing in on the success of Myst at the time, having ported that also to Saturn.
It's one of those games that I've had for a long time, but just haven't got round to playing. I'm actually finding it a very enjoyable puzzle game. It reminds me a lot of the Crystal Maze game show. Wouldn't be surprised if the game was even based on it, as you have to solve the puzzle in one of twenty four different rooms and collect the gem from each puzzle. Each room has a name that hints at the puzzle found inside.
Most puzzles can be finished on entering the room, but one or two like the Harmony of the Hassuna and the hall of Hidden Links require you to explore the various rooms to find items or fragments to solve the puzzles in their.
I've done about 9 puzzle so far, most have been fairly straight forward, one problem is the advise the Oracle gives you isn't always clear as to how the game work. The Sowing Seeds game took me ages to figure out how the game worked, before I could then solve the puzzle itself, which was about another 30 minutes of planning out moves. There is a undo option to change your last move if you make a mistake, the puzzle also reset if you walk away from them.
The Horses of Asvah puzzle drove me up the wall as it wasn't clear that you don't just turn the tiles to match them you can also hold the A button and move them. It does have it's flaws, but if you are a fan of Myst and want a game that will challenge your brain it's worth a look.

For what was a mini sample of the game the content it had was great. Well worth unlocking Sonic just for the boss fight with "Eggman" Robotnik.
Battle Garregga is one of the best shooters on the system by far, I picked up a Korean disc version of the PS4 version last year, to see all the extra it had in it.

On my PAL Saturn: Daytona, Quake and Soviet Strike. On my JP Saturn: Daytona CE, Nissan Overdrivin' GTR, Astal and Panzer Zwei. On my Rasp Pi4: Prikura Daisen, Steam Hearts and Cotton Boomerang via Yabause QT On my GPD XD: Panzer Dragoon Saga and Darius 2.
I work away from home a lot, so my GPD gets its neck wrung daily.

I just love my Saturns, and even more-so these days now I can emulate on the go.
My overall gaming activity took a major hit in the the last 18 months or so, but it's back with a vengeance now.
Mind you, when the MLB season starts again shortly, I can't guarantee the same dedication to my Sega hobby.

Like my Jays the Mets should be out be out of the race by the end of August so the MLB season should only have a short term impact I have been playing Daytona on and off lately. Trying to actually finish all 3 tracks.

Nice try This year's PECOTA predictions for 2020 say otherwise.... Anyway, I'm going to break out Bottom of the 9th (JP version) just to celebrate the potential of deGrom's 3rd Cy Young winning season. Heck even, Stroman is expected to have a breakout year in 2020. However, I often find myself rooting for the Bluejays when they're playing the Skankies. Jays would be my AL team if I was forced to pick one. As for Daytona? it's my go-to racer on the Saturn. I always have a quick blast while deciding what game to spend the whole session with.

DeGrom is a sweet pitcher. Is Thor is still on the Mets? Stro show is up and down, but usually a pretty good pitchers. Jays should have held onto him. Maybe I will play some World Series Baseball since DeGrom isn't there yet (he always gets me good in MLB 2K16) I always cheer for the Mets against the Yankees (then again I cheer for anyone other than the BoSox against the Yankees ) I really like Daytona as well but I am still struggling with track #2, some of those turns are pretty tough. Getting better though, can consistently get around 51s laps, but looks like I need to get around 47s to get 1st. Also, completely forgot Sonic in Christmas Nights was a thing, I should go about unlocking him again.

I haven't been playing the Saturn much lately, other than the odd Sega Rally game here and there. Lunar 1 and 2 were something I really enjoyed on the PS1 so I played the Saturn versions which are just as, if not, better than I remember them. I also recently beat Blast Wind and damn, I dunno why people think that's an easy game, I had a rough time with it. Great game, though! The Saturn has so much good stuff it's hard to know what to play next, but I guess that's what makes it such a great system!

Dynamite Dekka, X-Men Children of the Atom an Policenauts. Policenauts is a bit tricky the moment though. I always fail finding the purse with the bomb. That is really a difficult part of the game. But i am not going to give up.

Slicer1000! I'll always remember that name! Weren't you the person with the amazing 50/60Hz optimized website? Is that still alive these days? You've no idea how much I would refer to that great resource, thanks! That's going back years and years...
Daytona USA (jp). Recently had a game-changing experience after moving from auto to manual, after a friend who owns the cabinets forced me to learn, so glad I did! But now I'm like a noob all over again, which is actually kinda cool.
