Funny - this version doesn't have the Time Trial mode that the N64 version has. It looks like the US Saturn version has the Time Trial mode too. Of course they don't have the X mode that the JP Saturn version has. JP-Saturn has a puzzle editor too. N64 version doesn't have that - don't think the US Saturn version has it either. (the editor didn't appear until 3DX on N64 and US Saturn). This also has Xmas Nights - style features as the intro is linked to the system clock.

Blazing Dragons is one of the few exceptions where the NA version the game is cheaper than the EU one.

Blazing Dragons is one of the few exceptions where the NA version the game is cheaper than the EU one. Yeah its not often. Although I did a quick look and it seems like the PAL version is only maybe slightly more. So not unreasonable.

Just received this game today :
The Gundam Side Story series is a very common one, except in their "jewel case" version like this one. The only other occurence I know of Side Story III is the copy of Madroms, pictured on satakore.com. The fullset-er Kinsuke_JP also mentionned in a past interview that it was the only game he was missing to complete his fullset : www.segacollection.com/specials/kinsukejpiv.htmAll of this makes me pretty happy to own a copy today, and I'm also proud (well actually ashamed) to post a picture of all the Gundam SS jewel case I bought, waiting to finally get SS III. Of course now I'm left crying on the lack of spine with III :

No twin stick. You know I'm not playing actually, just compulsively collecting

Not really in the PAL market but couldn't resist these 3 in CEX today all with manuals. £28 for all 3 - BAM2 was £15. Manual is in gorgeous condition and the box is very good too despite it being the old style. No stickers anywhere! They now have them on the inside of the case I have PAL copies of Athlete Kings and Manx TT - but Athlete Kings is the old cardboard box version and my current copy of MANX TT has a dodgy inlay so I can upgrade those to these snap case copies and offload the old ones. I'm a big BAM fan so had to pick up the PAL version of BAM2. A bit disappointed it doesn't have the TT mode that the N64 version has. But not complaining

Was watching some athletics over the weekend and I'm starting to get the urge to break out Athlete kings again to go for those forum records.

Played the PAL version of BAM2 on my grey Saturn using the AR cart and it plays great - it even picked up the Puzzle Bobble 2X (JP version) save file.

Got a couple of bundles as an early birthday present for myself. The first arrived today (in the photo), but I'm also waiting on a second Japanese bundle containing Astal, Jung Rhythm, and Doraemon.

Grabbed a very nice copy of Pro Pinball : The Web. This upgrades my somewhat tatty existing copy. Underrated game this - only one table but there's plenty to do on it.

Pro Pinball runs great at 60HZ using my AR cart. Had only ever played it on my PAL console before.
