has anyone else picked up one of these Wingman SD adapters? www.brookaccessory.com/detail/62472958/I got one for saturn and DC. It needs buttons mapping out of the box so they work properly with capcom fighters etc. It's just 2 buttons though and it saves them permanently when done. Also it defaults to a 3d pad, so needs 2 buttons pressing to switch to standard pad mode each time you start a game. After that though, it works really well. Except..... on boot with an action replay cart plugged in. it seems to be polling for a system there and sending spurious directions and button presses, which means you can't use the menu's of AR. It eventually cancels you to the saturns system menu where you can start the game and everything works fine, but you can't manage your saves/enable any cheats etc first. It's deffo the adapter as it does this with no controller plugged in. So, it's nearly brilliant. But for the AR incompatibility. Has anyone else seen this or similar? I've dropped Brook a message to see if they can help also.

Do have one of these adaptors but I do find sometimes the AR menu more or less trips out when you have certain peripherals in the controller ports. If I recall correctly anytime you have a Stunner in the 1P slot it wont work, think I have also had issues with the arcade wheel in the past and some other peripherals but my mind is slipping. Easiest way to get around it in most cases is to just plug in the standard pad to navigate any AR stuff then swap controllers after you start the game.

Yeah that will work. Switched back to official ram cart for the minute. Not the end of the world and worth the hassle to play with a good stick.

Saw these on ebay, very interesting and cool, now if they worked with steering wheels that would be so handy. Saw no mention on their site though.
