Hi all,
After too long not playing Saturn games I've just ordered an Action Replay I'm planning to use with a Japanese Saturn for non-50Hz optimised PAL games, running through an OSSC and capture card.
Before I get my JPN Saturn's out of storage, will I be able to transfer my PAL game saves (stored on a memory card) over to it?
Thanks!

Yes,so long as they are no larger than the Saturn's internal memory capacity.

If you mean you play the same game (same region) over a different region console, then yes. If you mean playing a JP version of the game and using the PAL versions save games, then it will depend on the game. Some use differently named save files entirely (so they won't pick up the other save), some will work fine, and some will be unable to read the save and overwrite it with a blank one (Scorcher does this for sure).

Thanks guys, good to know! I'll test it out with PDS once I have everything setup. That's what got me onto this, wanting to play it at 60Hz full screen.
My collection is mainly PAL, but it'll be nice to switch between non-50hz PAL games and the few JP games I have with less hassle of swapping cables etc.

This may not be helpful to you, but as an fyi, all SS ram carts are region-free too, if you ever plan to use one... so go for the best deal.
