Some one over at Sega-16 has already ported Wolf3D to the 32X and has indicated a Saturn version will come in time, I dont think having loads of people working on porting the same game would be beneficial.
Would love a port of Rise of the Triad...

I'd be all over this stuff but all my Saturn ventures will wait until I'm having my MD game done and in production and in your MDs.....

Maybe it could be possible, source must be checked, I think it will need more cpu power.

Source code of D2SGM2 released today. I also released the official Sega Saturn Cinepak Library Ver 1.20. Go code for the Saturn! And make us great stuff for the Saturn contest!
