No clue.
Can you go more in depth please? What's the error?
Open the cue file with Notepad and see if all the filenames are correct.
There's a step you gotta do with Alcohol 120. I forget what exactly but it has something to do with some buffer error overide thing? Google "saturn alcohol 120"

I only every burn Saturn stuff at 2X or 4X as I've has issues with games burned any faster than that.
That's probably a totally different issue though as I've only ever done direct copies no burned from bin/cue, and I use Toast on Mac.

You know when I was burning Saturn games back in my University days, I always burned them full speed 24x if I remember right and never had a problem. I honestly think it depends a lot more on the quality of your drive. Good quality drive = good working burn.
But more importantly what "issues" are you having exactly? Games just don't boot? Sometimes boot? Music problems? Error messages from burning software? Need more info.

Oooh... I think we're not taking this literal enough!
This man is trying to teach us a life lesson.
"so i am having issues burning saturn discs doesnt matter if its iso/wav or bin/cue. i have a windows xp machine with alcohol 120 what am i doing wrong."
I think this man is trying to teach us that burning illegal copies of video games is immoral and wrong!
...right?

Bless Madroms! Seriously. If it weren't for him I wouldn't have been able to try a lot of the games I love and own now.
The Region Patcher is one of the greatest tools for the Saturn ever created.

You need a program called Alcohol 120%, if you google it you can get the free trial version.
