I fancy Power Drift myself. Haven't got it yet. Power Drift is ace, really nice GP mode in that too.

I remember seeing Power Drift in the arcade and it looked amazing. It had the sit in cab and moved around. Bonkers looking game.

I remember seeing Power Drift in the arcade and it looked amazing. It had the sit in cab and moved around. Bonkers looking game. It was so far ahead of anything else around the time. I loved the full hydriodic cab too. The one in my local seaside Arcade in Porthcawl (Copper Coin) also had a pin out of the one of the characters form the game that would move thanks to the cabinet motions Fab game too and music was stunning. The Saturn port is very close too bar the frame rate but the extra's make up for it it also plays like a dream with the Arcade stick or the 3D Pad

I will never forget withernsea arcade (Yorkshire, England) back in the day, spending my last £2 (a lot of money for a teenager back then!) on the hydraulic power drift. The music is as good as outrun IMO and playing was such a rush.
Mame doesn’t cut it as I couldn’t get controls working well enough. I’m hoping the Saturn will scratch my itch!

The Saturn port is supposed to be pretty good.
The Dreamcast got a "perfect" port but it's only as part of an expensive compilation called Yu Suzuki Game Works Vol.1
There was never a volume 2..

The Saturn version is ace. Plays exactly like the Arcade (bar frame rate) and the extra content is nice. I also like how the Arcade tunes are played off the Saturn sound chip too. The Grand Prix mode is really nice too. Such a shame the losers at SEGA Europe/America never brought it over

Yeah I considered the yu Suzuki works and using a Dreamcast....but outrun doesn’t have a testerrossa and that just doesn’t seem right! Probably because of expired licensing. Powerdrift looks pretty close to Arcade perfect imho.
