- This board is for frank and honest feedback. Unwarranted attacks and/or abuse from or towards a seller will not be tolerated any anyone engaging in such will be permanently denied access to the entire Marketplace section.
- Do NOT start new threads here until you have made sure the seller you are leaving feedback for has not already got one. This check through the appropriate letter board until you get to the seller's username.
- Please do not engage in lengthy conversation or debate on these boards, if you have an issue with a seller or buyer please attempt to resolve it through the private message system. This particular area is not a discussion board.
- As stated in our marketplace rules this site and it's staff take absolutely no responsibility for transactions arranged through this forum.
We highly recommend using PayPal for cash transactions and always sending items tracked to their destination for security and piece of mind. - Items lost in the post should be claimed for from the carrier by the seller using the proof of postage receipt, even un-recorded and non-insured items are covered up to a certain amount if lost in the post.
Buyer: if you specifically opted out of extra insurance and/or tracking on your item do not expect the seller to refund you promptly or even in full, you made the decision to take cheap shipping and the seller should not be left out of pocket as a result.
Seller: It is highly recommended that you send all items with adequate insurance for their full value in case of loss. If you fail do do this without giving the buyer the option to pay for properly insured postage, then is is your sole responsibility to properly refund the buyer and accept any losses to your self that may arise as a result of your decision.
