Playing Atlantis: The Lost Tales. And the race doesn't work. Anyone got tips for the Crab Race on the hill in Paradise lost?
The PC Walkthroughs I found on the net explain the order you need to set the different colored crabs. but i can't choose the colors of the crabs.
I get the hand of god everytime :/
Any advice on what I need to do differently?
Thank in advance.

What I'd do, personally, is take the disk out of my Saturn, put it back in its box and play something fun

Have played this a couple of times now. The Saturn version is slightly different. It doesn't matter which you pick - you actually control the crab with the joypad, so the trick is to use the D-pad to turn it around, so it avoids the pits.
The game is lame, in that it's hard to tell which crab you are out of the starting gates - so you have to hit the D-pad and see which one changes direction - of course if you're then heading in the wrong direction - i.e. if you have a bad start, you're going to lose the race - so getting a good start half the time is pot luck.
Once you know which crab you are, the trick is to avoid the pot holes on the race course. A tap of the D-pad to go diagonally up or down to avoid them, and then another tap to straighten your course again, should suffice. Again, the problem is turning the right way, as the controls are random.
All this randomness will mean death a few times, but as long as you've saved your position, you can keep trying till you get it.
This is off the top of my head. If you need more detail than that, I'll have to get the game out and play up to where you are. Or you can try searching the forums - I did post a few other topics about Atlantis, and you can learn what parts I got stuck on, lol.
I've completed it once, and was on my way towards completing it a second time when I lost my system memory, -_-... Thought I had it backed up on the Action Replay, but can only find the save of my first time through the game, not my second, =P. Ahh well...
^_^ I'll have to play it a THIRD time, obviously - lol!

Parts of it are obviously broken, but it has a unique charm that can pull you through the experience, and help you put up with the broken bits.
I tried it a second time mainly because first time through I had to stop and come onto forums, or look some stuff up online, etc, and I thought it might be a more fluid experience if I played through a second time knowing the answers to all the puzzles...of course, as it turned out, I'd forgotten what the solution was for half of 'em, ^_^, lol. Ne'ermind!
