cheers bud will keep searching surely japan can come up with something DOUBTFUL... PC's have struggled for the longest time and are only just now capable of even near replicating the Saturn's library via emulation. There's no hope yet for those cheap, chinese manufactured ARM processor driven handhelds yet at £100 or less. I wonder if the Vita could 'try' after it's eventually hacked (may have already been for all I know?!)

No there isnt a handheld that can emulate the saturn, as already said its taken until now to get a pc to emulate it. To get the best out of a Saturn Emulator you need at least I5 power, the 2 good Saturn emulators are written to make the pc cpu work as if it was Saturns 2 cpus, then on top of that the cpu has to actually load and play the game. By todays console standards Saturn may not seem very powerful but its still a hard console to emulate properly. Not all games run yet either, id say about 90% work.

Sorry to bump and while it's not technically a handheld, I have been running SSF on my ASUS Transformer Book T100 Win 8 tablet and it runs quite well. It has a USB port on the keyboard and I have a Saturn pad hooked up.

x86 capable tablets are about the only handhelds that can decently emulate the Saturn.

^ And powerful ones at that. But if you mean consoles... The PSP tries and doesn't exactly manage it...

My tablet has the Intel Atom Z3740 chip so it is quite snappy and has really good battery life for a windows tablet/hybrid.

I'm actually pretty surprised that can even do it. If I had the cash I'd grab one of those bay-trail tablets, much more useful than the competition.
