I recently sold a Megadrive/Mega CD combo to Savaroth. A very friendly guy and a pleasure to deal with. Enjoy

Oh. I didn't realise we did Buyer feedback? I always thought paying was the easy part of the job!

Heyyyy since i've not sold anything this is the only feedback I have.. Thx for the comment anyway. NeoGeo is right though. Paying is very easy compared to actually wrapping and having to say bye bye to precious sega material.

Ah, I didn't even look at the title. Feedback's feedback though I suppose, feel free to delete it if not though. Not at all, it's fine. But I think this is primarily a thread for private seller feedback as opposed to the buyers. Although, if someone is an exceptionally lovely buyer to deal with (like Savaroth) then there's no harm in letting us know. NeoGeo is right though. Paying is very easy compared to actually wrapping and having to say bye bye to precious sega material. Precisely. Not only is it all about the packaging, but it's also includes taking photo's that depict the item(s) accurately - for both good and bad points, honestly describing the item(s) to be sold vs buyer expectation and speed of delivery/service

The difficult part of paying is how fast you pay the person, and the amount of hassle with payment and the item they give. It is basically how easy they make it for the seller to sell his item. If it completely worthless eBay wouldn't need sellers to give feedback to buyers ^^

It is basically how easy they make it for the seller to sell his item. If it completely worthless eBay wouldn't need sellers to give feedback to buyers ^^ Ebay's different Lambda. Ebay is a system where by you enter a legally binding contractual situation whereby the 'buyer' is obliged to pay for an item they have won. However, this simply isn't the case on a forum. It should never be the case where Matt, Savaroth, you or anyone should be coming on here and complaining about payment because you have the power to decline a sale if the payment terms are not up to scratch (i.e. can I pay you tomorrow? Next week? At the end of the month? Send cash in the post etc?) and no time was wasted unlike eBay where individuals can literally take your item away from having market exposure just to deflect payment responsibility thereafter. Private forum sales and auction house sales on the world's biggest marketplace are not one and the same. Not really. Like I said though, if a member feels a buyer was particularly fantastic to deal with (asides 'send me your paypal address and I'll pay now' followed by 'all paid up!'.) then feel free to let us all know. Similarly, if a Buyer somehow was a nightmare to deal with, then tell us about that too. But personally, I think a new dedicated thread is the best way to give exposure to bad buyers (i.e. timewasters and holding none-payers etc).
