Been looking for a good Saturn forum. I've had this Saturn for years but I just recently found out about all of the great shoot em ups available as imports. Picked up Radiant Silvergun, Cotton 2, and Soukyugurentai to get me started. I've got a black US Saturn system and the Action Replay Plus for playing the imports. I'd like to eventually locate a really nice white import Saturn someday. Well sorry to ramble.

Hi and welcome to the board. If you like shooters, the Saturn is a great system to collect for.
My top 5 Saturn shooters: 1. Cotton 2/Cotton Boomerang 2. Battle Garegga 3. Sengoku Blade 4. Sokyugurentai 5. Steam Hearts'
Extra: Bulk Slash - 3D so a little different, but its certainly a Hudson style shooter at heart ;D

I need to check into this Sengoku Blade. That's about the 5th time I've heard someone mention it. Thanks for the nice welcome.

Well I splurged and went ahead and picked up a white Saturn import system. I've wanted one for a long time, so I figured while I had my income tax refund, I might as well pick up some stuff I want. I'm hopeless.

Which white saturn did you pick up? my favorite has to be the one with the colored buttons on the controller. Gives it that ice cream shop look
Actually for me, I'm torn between a white Saturn or the skeleton where you can see the insides

The problem with buying Saturn's is that once you start you can't stop. I personally prefer the Model 1 cases over the Model IIs. They just look so much more badass to me. I still really like the half black, half blue HiSaturn Mod I with its oddly pink buttons

Thanks, I'm pretty excited about it myself. Can't wait to get this Saturn collection going. Great to have a forum for just the Saturn.

Can you link up sega saturns?? You know like the old playststations!!! 2 playstations+1 linkcable 2 tv's and 2 copys of any link up game!! Question 2. What games (If there are any) for the sega saturn are linkable? Question 3. Where can I get my hands on a link cable for the sega saturn??? Question 4. I am also after an adapter to allow me to play us and jap games like street fighter vs x-men on my pal sega saturn and I was wondering if you can still get them??? And if so Which one is the best one to get and should I get one or just stick to playing pal games??? Thanks heaps in advance to anyone who can answer or help me!!! :-)
