I just recently installed a modchip on my Sega Saturn, since "homebrew" games can be played, would it be possible to port over pc games? My main interest is older fps games, like Blake stone, corridor 7, nitemare 3d, etc.

It would be possible, given unlimited time and resources to basically reprogram them almost from the ground up, is it realistically possible, no, not by any stretch of the imagination.
Just play them on your PC.

What buck says.
The saturn is a great device, but why would anyone want to play pc games on the Saturn? The Saturn is from 1994 and the pentium processor was introduced in 1993. Which means 20 year old junk pc's would run pc games better than the Sega Saturn would.
Stick to playing Saturn games on your Saturn ( There are plenty of good titles out there ) and pc games on the pc.

Do yourself a favor and add a clunker PC to your collection. A lot of those clunkers ended up in the garbage, so now (belive it or not) they're becoming scarce.
