SSF Problems

GUYS, I FIXED IT! I FIXED IT! Take notes, as this will help other people with this error.
Firstly, I did a lot more research on controller adapters, trying to remember which ones I had used. As I recall, I never used the X360 pad for it at any given point, but I did remember one thing I used. I had a Mayflash Adapter that had a Saturn port on it and that is where I got the idea from. Maybe someone with a similar adapter will be helped if I share which one it is, so I will.
This is my adapter:
www.amazon.com/Mayflash-Sega-Saturn-Controller-Adapter/dp/B006ZBHXEO
So, anyway, I went into Device Manager and I assumed that if I uninstalled it, that might have been what was causing problems. I know that adapter has several ports on it, so maybe the error stemmed from the adapter being read incorrectly by SSF and so it resulted in it maybe reading all three ports at the same time. This is further evident by this screenshot:
It spawned several "HID-compliant game controller" listings, and I only have three controllers I use on here. The Mayflash adapter may very well have programmed two additional controllers into this list, which may have in return confused SSF into reading all three at the same time; thus, creating errors. So, not knowing which controllers were for which, I uninstalled all of my USB controllers so that I could possibly put this huge problem of mine to rest.
And so, after doing all of that, this happened:
I am now able to successfully input all of my controller inputs once more as it now gives me a dialogue box that has ACTUAL dialogue in it instead of being blank.
I apologize sincerely if someone suggested this before and I was not paying attention, as I am pretty dense at times. I actually had forgotten I had this adapter until recently, and so when I finally plugged it in, I noticed all of these controller listings in my Device Manager and it ultimately resolved my dilemma entirely. I am sure someone suggested that I uninstall a certain controller adapter much earlier in this thread, but I just recently found this adapter of mine so I was never able to even attempt this until now, as the driver only showed up when it was plugged into my computer.
I thank you all for sticking with me this entire time and being patient with me. All of your ideas were appreciated as well.
