Hi Guys, I just found someone selling a pretty odd Nights into dreams disc. It does seem a legit game but in the same time, it doesn't match anything i know. Can someone help me out on this? I was thinking about letting this go, but if this is a rare item i might get it. Thanks for the help

what's rare about this version? I have it but also with the 3d controller nights packaging. this is very common.

First of all, that cover is simply one of the panels from a promotional leaflet, while the disc doesn't appear to include a LightScribe Data Control Ring, so it's likely a generic silver-faced CDR or maybe even an official review copy with a crude single colour label printed directly onto the surface. Whatever the case, it's highly unlikely to be a legitimate Sega product... The serial number is a dead giveaway!

Thanks for the input

Ok this is just my opinion brother. First I am not a expert on nights I have seen all 3 regions tho and have never heard of a rare version of nights. There was a point and time when some said that usa xmas nights was rare but i don't cpnsider that rare. Also id that can't boot it up on its own it's defiantly a cdr. My thoughts just by looking at the front that must be a cdr burn. There is no Sega Saturn logo on the front the nights text at the top is just too small and the picture of nights himself looks faked. It looks like someone poorly spaced out 3 logos slapped it on there know what I mean? Anyways if im wrong apologize I just don't see sega mass producing a game looking like that.

I doubt it's a cd-r. they don't work on a saturn and I've never ever seen people on ebay selling saturn cd-r's after all you would find out the moment you put it in your saturn.

To be fair you can get your Saturn chipped now and with the advent of Pseudo Saturn, some sellers are taking advantage of it, but this is older than that right?

I've never seen them and have been on ebay for at least 17 years hunting for saturn games.

I like how the dickhead puts "rare" in his description of a fake game. Makes me sick.

those are being advertised as actual bootlegs. that's completely different from this where the seller isn't telling so. I've never come across people on ebay trying to sell off bootlegs as legitimate copies for the saturn.
