Most of the talk surrounding this game is in relation to it's rarity and price. So I'm limited to playing burned copies of it, but I would definitely try and obtain it if I could get it for a reasonable price. The game reminds of Sengoku Blaede and Radiant Silvergun. The former being the art style and the latter for throwing one boss battle after another at you. The game is ridiculously hard at times, and will almost certainly give you carpal tunnel. This is as a result of the enemies and bosses having so much health. It did take me several tries but I was able to beat it. I liked how creative some of those bosses and sections were, and I imagine this game would have been censored the hell out of had it been released outside of Japan. However, the two most annoying aspects of the game was trying to lock onto certain enemies and sections of bosses and not being able to move while attacking. Although you can move while attacking in mid-air. I'm just curious as to what other peoples thoughts on this game are.

I played it round a mates house maybe 10 years ago. I wasn't really a fan. What really irritated me was the fact you couldn't move whilst attacking. It reminded me alot of Shinobi X but a poorer version. Impressive 2D sprites though.

Im still interested in playing this at some point. I love the way it looks graphically but just watching it in videos it seems hard to control.

It looks cool but is nothing special to play, like a very clunky Shinobi.

Interesting to hear that. So Shinobi Legions/X is actually the better game? Wouldn't have though.

Shinobi X has far worse controls than this game.

I tried this last weekend just when testing burns and couldn't make head nor tail of it. I'll try it again at some point as it looked entertaining but the controls were weird enough that they were confusing the hell out of me at first.

I had pretty much the same experience recently, booting up a burned copy to test and couldn't immediately tell what the hell was going on or how it controlled.
Will definitely dig into it at some point though as the visuals were impressive.
