SWWS '98. Prefer '97 personally, as it easily holds up to the best early 32/64 bit footie games such as ISS Pro, ISS 64, and Actua Soccer. TBH it beats them in many ways.

Worldwide Soccer 98! Great game.
Saturn was a bit rough with sports games but WWS 98 along with World Series Baseball 98 were two of the true standout next gen sports games across all platforms.

Hey hey hey.... where is Euro 96?? I joke Can't go past World League Soccer 98. Better graphics then World Wide Soccer. More stadiums. 15 to 5 I believe. More teams. Around 200 to 100 I believe. And a cheat in the editor to get the real players! You can't beat that. FIFA 98 for me is probably the most disappointing port on the entire console. It was such a revolutionary game at the time. The PC version was just brilliant and a great game even to this day. Unfortunately EA just didn't give a shit.

hard to chose since world league soccer 98 is really good on saturn. I think swws 97 was big at the time, but not anywhere near as good as iss 64. swws 98 is the same game as 97.

FIFA 98 for me is probably the most disappointing port on the entire console. Completely agree. It sucked hard that EA never figured out how to do proper ports for the Saturn hardware. We should have had nice versions of the FIFA, NHL, PGA, NBA and Madden series as the Genesis did. This was only magnified by the fact that Sega really didn't nail down their in house sports titles til a few in 1997/1998
