Here we have 3 very similar but dissimilar games going head to head in a 3 way duel. So which will it be: Mass Destruction, In The Hunt or Crime Wave? Pick one and list your reasons why below CRIME WAVEIN THE HUNTMASS DESTRUCTION

Dissimilar is right. Crimewave is a really... interesting game that needed more time in the oven to get right. Mass destruction is boring to me.
In the Hunt is a pretty decent underwater SHMUP with an amazing Metal Slug art style. Easy choice.

Mass Destruction for me. Picked this game up about a year ago and really enjoyed it. Just good stupid fun. Easy game to pick up, play and enjoy for 30mins. Which is often what I'm after.
In the Hunt I was soooo looking forward too. Wow, disappointed. Perhaps the NTSC version plays differently? But the slowdown in the PAL version did make this one unplayable and enjoyable for me.

I had to go with Crimewave. I don't mind Mass Destruction but it's never gripped me like Crime Wave has. Strangley Crime Wave supports the Arcade Steering Wheel, I tried it one day and it was unplayable. Definitly better with the standard controller. I just love the thrill of chasing criminal cars and taking outt your rival enforcers. Great game and quite fair in difficulty. As for In The Hunt, I just don't like it. Too slow for me, even when I played the JPN version.

Is Mass Destruction a port of Return Fire for 3DO?

Is Mass Destruction a port of Return Fire for 3DO? They look extremley similar after watching the videos but having looked it up, it appears Return of Fire which was also on PS1 was made by Silent Software, Inc and Mass Destruction was made by NMS Software.

In The Hunt for me. I haven't played it in a few years but used to have this on JPN import. It's a solid shooter with an interesting premise. It has seriously bad slow down issues which do slightly negatively impact the enjoyment of playing the game but not too much.
