I've been playing this recently, and it's pretty good. I suck at it and can't seem to be able to get any weapons, but I like it. It's fun, but flawed.... but the flaws are mainly the slow menus and rubbish music while you're racing.
What do you think of the game? Does anybody else have it?

I tried it, thought it was indeed rubbish, got rid of it.

the flaws are mainly the slow menus Yes. The menus are legendarily slow. I really enjoyed it. It was one of the original Saturn games I bought with the system. Despite my love of Road Rash games, they've never inspired me to buy a bike.

Punching the police and steal his stick, great crazy bike action. I love this game. If you preferring hiking more: Reduce your speed to under 10 mph, then hold L + R and press Up on the D-pad,

I haven't played the Saturn version , only the 3DO original and the PC port. Its a good game in short bursts as it can get boring after a while.
and yes the menus are pretty bad, they load slowly and I think have a pretty bad art style. the FMVs are quite cheesy in an early 90s way though , so it certainly has that going for it.

Great game. But really disappointing that the great 90s music only plays in the menues.
