Hello to everyone,I'm big fan of SEGA since my childhood, now I have a chance to have Saturn Model 2 PAL.
Already made and 50/60Hz mod and I'm very happy that I can play US/JP games on full screen at full speed.
But I have something that disturb me and this is SCART RGB cable that I bought before a month from the trusted seller Robert.
I didn't have a chance to go more deep into the problem but now I have some time for this.
The problem is that I think that my TV don't switch in RGB.
It's Samsung LED.Tested the cable on my other Samsung LCD (older model) and the result is the same.
Opened the SCART plastic and everything is as expected with 180 Omh resistor.
To be honest even I thing it's not in RGB mode, the picture is much better if I just connect composite cable or if I cut one of the side of 180Omh resistor(at this situation it send picture as composite).
I will post several pictures and one short video.
As you can see menu circles are jagged and the text on Megaman 8 is bad and cloudy/blury even in the menu of the game.
Also when I switch trough remote control of the TV I think when select SCART under this inscription must be RGB,but at my situation just have traits.
I read somewhere that not every TV have standard voltage to switch to RGB and for some this resistor must be 75Omh or 120Omh or 280Omh.
I watched many youtube videos where signal and text from RGB is much much clean than mine.
I will be happy if you support me with this problem to tell me if everything is fine with me or if not what to do.
